Phase One Restoration is more than just a Water Restoration company; we're your partner in this difficult time in your journey. We are Alabama's trusted Water Restoration experts, rooted in serving our community with honesty and integrity.
Phase One Restoration is owned and operated by Nathan Collins, a United States Army veteran with the 82nd Airborne Division. Nathan has served in multiple combat deployments and later worked in Diplomatic Security for the US Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Nathan, a Georgia native, relocated to the greater Mobile area when he married his wife Laura, also a United States Army veteran, in late 2022. Nathan brought with him a wealth of knowledge and practice in the Water Management and Mitigation space, developed over years alongside the University of Georgia's Landscape/Hardscape Architecture programs. Transitioning back from active duty life, he oversaw work in commercial construction, architecting and installing complex drainage systems to effectively prevent water intrusion into sites and structures before marrying and moving to Alabama and beginning Phase One Restoration.
Phase One is licensed, insured and actively maintains certifications in ANSI/IICRC S500 Standard for Professional Water Damage Restoration with the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification).
